What is your return policy?

We want you to feel happy with your purchase. If it’s not the right fit, Ray Star Home offers a 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Any items purchased from themodmate.com can be returned for a full refund (minus 20% processing fee per item) or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

 

To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition (unworn, unwashed without damage or stains)

 

You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. All returned/exchanged item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. We will not accept merchandise that has been soiled or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

 

The following items may not be returned:

1. Made to Order items

2. One of a Kind items

3. Items marked as "Final Sale"

4. Items marked non-returnable and free gifts

Note on color: The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we CANNOT be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Note on size: Some items may vary in size plus or minus 3 inches from the stated dimensions. This is not a manufacturer defect but considered normal characteristics.

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please provide us with the following information and that will help us efficiently review your claim:

1. Briefly describe the issue.

2. Email us at service@raystartrade.com with clear photos that show any issue with the item(s), including the packaging and label on the product.

3. Tell us if you would like to receive a replacement (billed when shipped) or just a refund (credit issued when received).

Once we receive your original item, we will complete your transaction.

 

For returns: Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and an additional 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund. If your account is not credited within 7 business days of your refunds being issued,  please contact your financial institution.

For exchanges: Once we receive your item(s), we will process your new order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Note:

  1. You may only exchange an order once. Exchanges of an exchanged item are prohibited.
  2. If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we’ll refund the difference. If the item you’re exchanging costs more than your original purchase, we will charge you for the difference.
